Nestled in the heart of nature, this hotel allowed me to spend a magical Xmas surrounded by beautiful plants, trees, and wildlife. The trails and views were breathtaking and offered a memorable experience. Another remarkable feature was the inclusion of free park entry that saved me money. the tranquillity of the place was amazing, providing a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

The hotel's outdated appearance left something to be desired. Although facilities were functional, they could do with some renovation and upgrading.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel nestled in the mountains. The location inside the national park was simply breathtaking, surrounded by lush greenery and a tranquil atmosphere. The service here was top-notch, with friendly staff always available to assist us with room service, tours, and tickets. The room amenities were fantastic, with air conditioning to keep us comfortable, tea and coffee facilities for those morning pick-me-ups, and free Wi-Fi to stay connected. We were also impressed with the complimentary toiletries and the addition of an electric kettle and electric blankets for added convenience.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to everyone.

Amazing national park location with nature views. Enjoyed walking for hours and spotting wildlife. Great for nature lovers. There are several blocks with different types of rooms. The higher tier rooms offer spacious bathtubs, tea ceremony stations, and beautiful views. The management offered prompt and friendly room service.

The lower tier rooms are basic and in need of renovation. The behavior of mainland Chinese tourists was boorish and inconsiderate. Avoid dining with them. The hotel could have provided better email and foreign exchange capability.
